Since 1994 Julie has worked on and managed a wide range of projects in the developing world. She has worked in South, Southeast and Central Asia, and in various African countries. Her employers have included Devfin Advisers, KPMG Management Consulting and Landell Mills Limited. She has worked with a wide range of bilateral and multilateral development co-operation agencies. Her most recent project was an evaluation of the Norwegian Peace Corps collaboration with the private sector. See CV.
